Cross Training Group Sessions

Lunch time workouts are a great way to burn quick calories and stay fit without interrupting your evenings or mornings.  Workout at lunch and stay energized the whole day!  We provide private restrooms with showers, towels and everything you need to get you in, out and on your way!

 

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are Cardio/Strength training.  All sessions are one hour–12 noon to 1:00 pm.
