What is Golf Fitness?

Golf Fitness has been credited with boosting the performance of the most prominent players on the tour today, and it can quickly do the same for you!  Golf is a very physical game.  Your body has to be fit to play your best. Golf fitness covers specific exercises to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and boost endurance. If you are interested in understanding more about your golf swing and your body, then this program is for you!

Titleist Performance Institute-Certified Fitness Instructor, Jason Reynolds is our owner and Golf Fitness Trainer, here with the latest in golf-specific health and fitness, from swing biomechanics to the most recent research in swing analysis.

TPI Golf Fitness Screen

The TPI Physical screen is the same screen used by the experts at the Tileist Performance Institute. With this screen we are able to detect the areas of your body that are limiting physical factors of your swing. We assess the legs, hips, torso, shoulders, your address posture, your dynamic posture and your ability to coordinate and sequence different movements. After completing the TPI Physical screen, the results of the screen are used to build a custom workout tailored to your body and swing.
