Beau Dominiak
NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
Certified Cross Fit Instructor

Beau has been offering personal and group training sessions for over 6 years and started his love for fitness at a very early age. After working extensively with sports rehabilitation injuries, Beau realized that maintaining a healthy daily regime that centers around proper diet and exercise makes an enormous difference in the overall quality of life and how fast a body can and will recuperate. He is very passionate about organic eating and working out his clients at their peak levels. Beau grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach and loves surfing and traveling. Beau is a certified Cross-Fit Instructor.

Jason Reynolds

Titleist Certified Golf Fitness Instructor B.S. Florida Southern College

Jason has been training clients for over 11 years. He started as a trainer and eventually become an owner of two gyms because he is very athletic, enjoys sports and works hard to assist others in meeting their fitness goals. He is focused on getting to know his clients and their specific needs so he can help them achieve maximum results. Jason grew up in Maryland and moved to Jacksonville six years ago. He currently resides in Atlantic Beach. Beyond personal training, Jason is a Titleist Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, one of few in the area. He is passionate about working on core fitness elements so golfers can enjoy (and improve) their game, injury free and in peak physical condition. Jason enjoys golf, running and weight lifting.

Brandi Gross
CPT, NASM

Brandi Gross s a Certified Personal Trainer, currently working on her bachelor’s degree in Sports Management at UNF. Brandi implements exercises that promote flexibility and agility; as well as total-body strength and conditioning. Her training style has been greatly influenced by her personal experience and it relies on developing exercise programs that keep clients interested while avoiding plateaus. “I am very conscientious to create exercise programs that cater to my clients various fitness levels, while keeping it challenging!”

Ryan Lesko
CPT CrossFit

Ryan Lesko is an expert, certified fitness trainer specializing in sports medicine, rehabilitation, coaching and conditioning. His tailored training regimes are designed specifically to meet each client’s personal goals and needs. Ryan uses an applied “10-point” training method that focuses on flexibility, stamina, strength, accuracy, power, speed, coordination and agility. Whether a client is recovering from injury, first starting out, or pursuing a greater sense of health and fitness, Ryan’s range of expertise makes him a comprehensive fitness and conditioning trainer. His accreditations and certifications include: Certified Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer, and Rehabilitation Specialist Certified by Brooks Rehab. Ryan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UNF. He is originally from New Jersey and has lived in Jacksonville since 1995.

PJ Johnson Howell
Reformer Pilates Instructor

A former UF Dazzler and NFL Jaguars Roar, PJ Howell's background in dance led her to fall in love with Pilates. PJ is certified through the Physical Mind Institute and adds her own flair to create a tougher Pilates workout for those who want it. Her sharp attention to detail and alignment make it easy for even a beginner to understand proper Pilates movement. PJ is also certified to teach prenatal and post natal Pilates through BASI. PJ believes that movement with breath and proper form are the keys to feeling great and looking amazing! She is currently teaching group and private lessons in the Pilates Reformers...an awesome core workout!

Alan Geike
CPT

Alan Geike is currently in his 6th year as a certified ACE, NASM and NAHF personal trainer. He comes from an exercise science background from the University of Wyoming. Alan is an endurance athlete with a well-rounded sports background. He received varsity letters in high school for baseball and wrestling. Alan continued baseball in college. Now he enjoys competing in local races including full and half marathons. Alan believes physical fitness is the basis for success in all aspects of life and looks forward to helping you live a better life through health and fitness!

Shanan Hoy
CPT, NASM

Shanan Hoy has been a certified personal trainer for 12 years. She received her degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Sciences from California State University at Sacramento. After graduation, Shanan worked her way from personal trainer to Fitness Director overseeing eight fitness facilities and their programs in Sacramento. She placed 2nd in Miss Fitness California and 3rd in Miss Fitness Reno. During Shanan’s career, she has honed her skills in personal training, instruction and teacher instruction.   Being a former cheerleader and cheerleading coach in college showcases Shanan’s enthusiasm, passion and commitment to fitness. She has been certified through AFFA, ACE and WAKAI for group training and kickboxing and is currently certified through NASM. Shanan has lived in Jacksonville for nine years and enjoys time with her children and husband. She works diligently with her clients to insure correct form and technique so exercises are done safely and with maximum efficiency. Whether you are part of group or training one-on-one with Shanan, you always feel like she is focused on you and your needs.
